What are your processing and delivery times?

Items are processed and shipped in 1-3 days after placing your order. UK orders are shipped using a 24 hour tracked service, international orders are shipped using a tracked international service which can take 5-7 working days. Please note that during busy periods, postage may experience delays.

How do I take care of my jewellery?

Resin

Please take off your resin pieces before washing your hands, bathing or getting into water. Whilst resin is water resistant it is not waterproof.

Store your jewellery out of sunlight. Prolonged exposure can cause fading, yellowing and softening of your resin piece.

Avoid any harsh chemicals with your jewellery such as perfume, cleaning products and any solvents as this will damage the resin.

Avoid heavy wear and sleeping in your jewellery as this may cause bumps and scrapes.

Sea Glass

Over time your sea glass piece may lose it's frosted appearance due to comining into contact with oils on your skin.

You can clean your piece using an old tooth brush with water to scrub and a soft cloth to dry the piece.

Returns

I accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as you have not damaged the item, altered it an any way or attempted a repair.

The Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and/or any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Returns are not accepted for any custom pieces that I am unable to sell due to personalisation.

Refunds

Refunds on orders that have yet to be sent will be processed by me immediately. Please give 1-3 working days for it to appear in your bank account.

Refunds on returns will be processed once I am in receipt of the goods.
